First grade students need to use paper for many projects in the classroom. Teachers at my school are required to supply their own paper when their small limited allotment of funds to use for crayons, pencils, scissors, and paper runs out. Students develop a love of writing and reading when they have the opportunity to write stories themselves. To provide opportunities for students to write, I need paper to have them write on. To create an accountability of working during independent time, students need to be able to turn in their assignments. Assignments are also done on paper. I am very careful in what I print . I print it front to back whenever it is feasible to do so. My students deserve access to paper they need each day! I have reached my limit of supplying it for them and our class needs immediate help! Please consider helping us with something as essential as paper!
