This will help my students have more access and experience to technology in their classroom! We will be able to do a ton of things on the Chromebooks! Some examples include: 1.) Students will have more practice typing on a computer, which will prepare them for the real world, and also our state assessment which is all computerized. 2.) Research projects-they love to research online! 3.) Individualized math and reading programs that engage students in their learning! 4.) They can read the news or on Newsela to help learn about other parts of the world! 5.) Collaborative projects on Google. 6.) Students will disabilities will be able to use voice to text to complete their work. 7.) Typing up their final draft of papers they write in class! 8.) Spelling tests 9.) Learning vocabulary 10.) They will also be used as a reward for positive behavior in our class!
