In a kindergarten world, much of our learning needs to be hands-on. It must be engaging, exciting, and relevant. STEM learning offers an array of learning opportunities that I would love to introduce to my early childhood students. STEM also covers a multitude of our learning standards!! The products that I have requested will foster imaginations and I'll watch my students as they become more engaged and learning is deeper because STEM will provide wonderful opportunities to discover, explore, and create. So much emphasis is being placed on our students to become lifelong learners. That "life-long learning" can start in early childhood and STEM can be a big contributor to that learning. I know that our STEM materials will find an exciting and eager classroom to be used. Let the exploring begin!
