Flexible seating is every teacher's dream as well as every student's. My students come to school for a safe place and to forget about what situations they came from that morning or what situations they will be going back to tonight. With that said, a lot of my students need the freedom of choice. Flexible seating will help my students learn rights and responsibilities when it comes to simple things such as choosing seating. They have the opportunity to grow as an independent individuals in charge of their own choices. They will have something that will help them focus and get their minds off the situations they came from and what they will be going back to later that day. Flexible seating such as these balance balls and wobble chairs will really inspire my students to do their best while. I know because of this simple change within the classroom I will see tremendous growth!
