The purpose of the project is so students to see food trends for the future. We all know we should step away from factory farming and have some control over our food supply. What better way than to grow your own garden. The knowledge of growing green and organic is very powerful. To have the ability to grow healthy, tasty foods in a small garden is empowering to the students. The student will learn gardening, composting, worm farms and organic nutrition for the plants, natural pest control. Most important to the student is preparation (garden to table) of the foods we will grow!!!

About my class
