Research has proven that students learn best when they are able to move. Flexible seating is a means to ensure that students are provided with the opportunity to not only choose where and how they want to learn but also with the sensory input that helps them focus and process information. These Wobble Stools that I am requesting would provide my students, who will not always be able to freely move around a tight classroom, just enough movement that would keep them actively engaged. My students will be able to use the stools to physically move at their tables while not distracting others.
