My kids love to take ownership of their learning. Currently, our class can only accommodate three students at a time researching topics because of the unavailability of computers. During research and writing time, my students are having to speed up their research time and share computers with other students. This makes independent learning very difficult. Making sure they have a comfortable place to sit and conduct research is an essential part of motivating them to learn. Using flexible seating during computer research will make learning more engaging and meaningful. My students are highly interested in research and these materials will enrich their little minds with more experiences and learning.
