Third grade is the best. They are so eager to learn and enjoy school. This year I will be teaching 25 third graders in a high poverty school. I have previous experience as an 8th grade science teacher. I love teaching and being around the students. The best part of teaching for me would the be "aw ha" moment when that student finally understands something that was a challenge to them.
