When I hear the term "individualized learning", I think of all of my students who are in the whole classroom setting but need individualized planning to meet their needs. These five Chromebooks will allow my students to learn the same concept as their peers but on a level that best meets their needs. They will be able to work at their own pace through programs such as Reading Eggs or Education.com that can monitor their progress when I am not able to be with them. When I am able to pull them for their small group time, these Chromebooks will be great for a hands on experience. I am seeing ADHD on the rise and students often lose focus. These Chromebooks will help them maintain their focus while learning in a group setting.
