The iReady program I use in my classroom involves interactive video and audio that helps bring students up to their own next personal best. However, having five interactive programs on different lessons is a distraction. Headphones will allow each student to focus on what's happening with their own, personal instructional plan rather than being distracted by what is happening with the other students around them. With this I'll be able to better customize instruction for each of my students and make daily activities even more relatable and rigorous as we strive towards mathematical and scientific academic growth before the next cycle of testing.
