At our school, we have an established system where we teach our students the acceptable skills and behaviors that will serve them well in their future life endeavors. Thus, in all classes, we teach our students the appropriate skills and behaviors that will help them get to the next level. As a result, I have created a Box entitled the DC Prep Skills and Expectation Box. Two students who modeled the desired skills and meet the expectations exceptionally well throughout the week will get a chance to select an item from this box. I have been making all purchases on my own and if you are able to help in making a difference in lives of my students via DonorsChoose, this random act of kindness will be greatly appreciated. All items requested such as toys and snacks, will be place in the box as gifts for the students to select and the small food treats or tokens will be used as motivational giveaway throughout the week leading up to the day of box selection.
