Because my students are very active, I would like to have ways for them to learn that allow them to relieve that jitteriness independently. The bouncy ropes for the desks will help keep them in their desks, and let them move their legs without being distracting. The dot cards will serve as a self-informed independent learning center to reinforce the lesson. The books will go in the classroom library since several students like historical books like I Survived and Magic Treehouse. They can also use these books to reach their personal AR goals and stoke their interest in reading on their own time.
