My students will love to challenge their balance, coordination and motor planning skills with obstacle courses made from the tunnel, river stones and curved balance beam. They will be able to work on their jumping and hopping in and out of the hoops. They will improve their eye-hand coordination with the different balls. We will be able to play creative games and get our muscles pumping. Movement and learning go hand in hand. Having these materials will allow me to run a weekly sensory motor group with my classes. It will give them a chance to improve their gross motor skills as well as get their bodies ready to learn.
