Engaging in music can change the way students experience music. Just listening to music isn't enough to fully understand concepts. I am looking to build my small instrument collection. Right now we only have 2 classroom sets of instruments. All it takes is simple instruments to engage students in music. They leave my room feeling excited about music. Having a variety of instruments makes every day more exciting than the last day. My favorite part of the day is after we play instruments, and my room has been uncomfortable loud, but everyone leaves tell me how much fun they had and how they can't wait to come back.

About my class
