I teach Physics to four classes of Baltimore arts students. When they are in science class, they aspire to produce products that include art, video, music and dance, paralleling and connecting with their arts discipline. Film and visual artists want to express themselves through video and images! Musicians would like to relate physics to sound and music! Theater and dance students can add aspects of their discipline through technology. Access to technology with Samsung Chromebooks will allow each group to express themselves far beyond the limitations of paper and pencil. Physics will become an arts integrated course that will inspire students to see the art in science and the science in art.
