If the project is fully funded, I will be able to get 4 music stands to use as a part of a flexible seating option in my classroom. Currently, we are using and borrowing our music department's stands until February (when they need them back for good). It would be a very sad day for our students if they didn't have this option, come February! Students will able to "stand" to control their bodies while learning! This option gives their bodies a break from sitting all day. This option in flexible seating is their personal favorite! Students use the stands during independent time and love to adjust the stand to their height.
