I rely on printed materials in my classroom because not all of my students have access to laptops or other online devices. This means that any online readings need to be printed so my students can all have access to the reading materials. We also write scripts and create designs on the computers in the computer labs, and my students need to be able to print their scripts so they can rehearse right away. Having color printer ink in my classroom means that my students will be able to print their designs in full color, the way that they created them. I also teach advanced speech, and my speech students will be able to print off their visual aids in bold and engaging colors to help support their presentations.
