I want to foster my students' natural inquisitiveness in our math and science classes. Students can use whiteboards and markers to show their work and share it with others. This will promote collaboration and communication in my classroom. I am also requesting math performance tasks so that students can see math in action and view how it is relevant and meaningful in their daily lives. Nothing beats the hands-on experience. In science class, I want my students to look and feel like scientists with goggles and science tools. Science kits on plants and rocks will help students see the abstract concepts we are discussing. They can use their headphones to watch science experiment videos that we can replicate in class. Then they can share their findings using our stationery and anchor chart paper.
