We are working towards providing a classroom library for our Heritage Spanish speakers. These students need books in Spanish that are of various levels to increase their literacy! These materials will not only help enhance their primary language but their English language abilities as well! If fully funded my students will be able to have much needed silent reading time and be able to have a wide variety of books! We hope this will ultimately foster ACT test score growth by helping their literacy levels! our school is over 30% Hispanic and our students deserve to have materials available to them to help them be successful.

About my class
