This project will help my diverse learner students continue their growth in reading through small group and whole group instruction. They have a variety of needs and benefit from hands on and engaging materials. The materials include; touch and read phonics, beginning phonics games, tactile alphabet match ups, and high interest intervention folders. These materials are hands on and engaging to encourage my kids to continue to learn and grow. These materials will help them increase their reading fluency and comprehension. I have chosen small group centers in order to have all students needs met during a class where students ability levels vary from not only their grade levels but disabilities. They are receiving individualized plans and these materials will help to ensure they continue to grow independently, socially, emotionally, and academically.
