These whiteboards will impact our student-athletes learning and development in a variety of ways. We would like to use the two large magnetic dry-erase boards as "Goal Boards" to help track our progress throughout the season. These would be set up in each home school's girl's locker room. Our girls basketball program believes that goal-setting is essential to development, both as a team and as individuals, and having a visual representation on how we are doing would make a tremendous difference in our student-athletes' learning and development. The movable board we would like to bring on the road with us, as many of the small schools we play at lack a locker room board to write on. We believe that the ability to diagram and model specific situations from the game is crucial for both individual and team development, and having this board would guarantee that no matter what facility we are at, we would have access to this important teaching tool.
