Studies have shown that exercise helps students focus better in class, regulate emotions, as well as, increasing reading fluency. I teach over 30 students that struggle with reading and comprehension. I help them become successful by using strategies and secrets to "unlock" reading. I would love to add stationary bikes to help motivate my students to become better readers. This is will be an amazing way to exercise the body and stimulate the brain. My goal is to improve reading fluency and my students' health at the same time! This is a Win/Win for all! Thank you for caring!
