Static chairs only allow for a few seating positions. Many students in the resource room are better able to thrive in a learning environment that lets them move and gives them options. I feel that giving my students this seating option will increase their focus and boost their confidence in the classroom environment. These balance balls will be utilized by my students during academic instruction, group work, and independent work. By allowing students a choice in their learning environment, they will be better able to focus on important content and understand that they are an important member of their learning community.

About my class
