The Chromebooks I am requesting would help meet the needs of my diverse students with a range of different ability levels. We are currently using very outdated, old, and slow iPads that tend to cause my students more frustration than help. Having daily access to updated technology in the classroom is essential for the success of my students. Individual Chromebooks would allow for me to differentiate material for my students based on their ability level, needs, struggles, and areas for growth. There are many online programs and websites that are very beneficial for my students, such as MobyMax and IXL. However, it is not possible for my students to take advantage of these programs without the use of working Chromebooks.
