The who, what, when, where, and why is what children explore as they learn. These hands-on, curiosity peaking tools will give these first graders experiences in problem solving, asking questions and communicating with others. Imagine students working cooperatively with peers to design, build and carry out plans only to end in shouts of excitement to show off their creations! A Bee-Bot that is programmable to what the students enter will create a path across our classroom tables. On the carpet, children will be building creations that mimic what they see in our city using the Magna-Tiles. Children will build a bridge on our magnetic white board using the Engineer-A-Coaster kit and be able to design their own bridges in teams or independently using the Bridge Building Engineering Center. Let the curiosity begin!
