Undercover Teacher is requesting six Uniden two-way radios with an ear piece. The two-way radios will allow the teacher to provide feedback including prompting, praise and corrective feedback to increase the likelihood of correct performance while increasing the distance between the student intern and the teacher. The goal is to fade the dependency on adult support. Rather than having the teacher standing beside the student, the teacher can be across the room observing the student’s work performance, providing feedback. Students will become independent workers who will prepared for employment in the community. Your support will help these students become competitively employed in their community!
