When students enter my classroom, I want them to see that American success has come from the contributions of many diverse people. In my career, I have been fortunate to come across some fantastic artwork of leaders such as George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Alexander Hamilton. I would like to expand the representation of American Leaders in my class to better represent the entire students' population with posters and frames. By funding this project you are helping me create a learning environment where every student can identify with one or more important historical figures. It is important to me for my students to see a wide representation of the people who shaped our country when entering my classroom.
