I would love to be able to have a small dry erase board to explain and demonstrate concepts and ideas to my students during small group instruction. Having this table top dry erase board would help me to interact with my students and allow them to be more engaged in the task at hand. This would also allow my students to collaborate and build off of each others ideas. Daily planning and organization are essential for any students' success. I plan on showing my students how to use a planner effectively. I want them to have the consistency/routine of using a planner and not have to purchase one for themselves as I know it may be difficult. Having a planner helps them prioritize their time and responsibilities. Having pens, pencils and markers are tools we need daily in the classroom. I am hoping to give them each a planner, pen, pencil, and marker in order to set them up for success.
