My "classroom" serves a variety of needs for our building! I am the School Social Worker for our Preschool full day program that serves all at risk students, ECSE half day students, Parents As Teachers program, and our elementary gifted program! I am the point person for the social and emotional learning for adults and children in the building. I am also the dog Mama to Shoney our beloved school therapy dog! We have joked in the past that we are the achievement gap and at Southwest we LOVE our families, kids, and team. When you come through our doors you really are a part of something special, a school family!!!
