My students are fifth graders who vary in reading levels. I teach at a Title I school which means most students come from low-income families. Science topics are usually the most interesting for students this age. Students will be motivated about the topics through class experiments. The experiments will promote their curiosity to learn more in the selection of nonfictional readers selected in this project!
