At this early age, students are not writing sentences, let alone paragraphs, so they draw or paint to express their ideas. Art provides students the opportunity to be creative and express their knowledge in various forms. Students love the opportunity to draw, paint, stencil and have fun. The students rotate through centers and by adding this unit I will be able to add this as an actual station because four students would have the opportunity to use it rather than only two. I look forward to having this ready for students when they return to the classroom. They will be so excited to get creating.

About my class
