My students have limited technology experiences. These Leapfrog Epic tablets will be a great start for my Kindergarten smarties. They will get to play games to increase their learning of numbers, alphabet recognition, and pre reading skills. These tablets will be used in small group, centers, and reading routines. They will be a great intro to technology and are specifically designed for their age, with safety features for children while still allowing them to play a variety of apps, and learn basic technology skills. Please help me prepare my little learners to go out into the world and be successful citizens. The children in my class today will graduate high school in 2031 and college in 2035. Most of the jobs they will have do not even exist today so we must teach them to be life long learners, thinkers, and problem solvers.
