The materials that I am requesting will make a difference in my students lives in a major way. We have brought back a rendition of DEAR time at my school. The students are encouraged to find a comfortable space to read independently. They currently find space all over the place; under the table, behind the door, under the teacher's desk and even hanging upside down from their student chairs. The plastic stack stools I am requesting would allow me to create a cool and comfortable place for the students to relax and enjoy their books. I would also be able to create a reading nook to compliment our current self-selected​ book area.
