Scholastic News magazines are perfect for Second grade students! They each get their own copy which can be marked on, highlighted and taken home. The topics are amazing too! Scholastic has done a fabulous job using exciting texts to help young readers build strong reading muscles! Not only will each child in the class use a personal copy of each issue but there is a digital version and bonus content. The students will receive four issues each month. In addition, Scholastic has a science magazine called Science Spin. These magazines are perfect for partner reading, small group and reading time at home. Kids love Scholastic News!
