I want my students to feel warm and invited in my classroom. I want them to know my classroom is one where they are safe and welcomed. I want my students to walk into our classroom and know that it is an environment where they can thrive and succeed. I want them to feel relaxed so they can focus on the content and be prepared to learn. I think by creating a classroom like this, it shows that I care about their comfort and well-being. This will deepen my relationship with my students, allowing for good relationships, which will help to create a better environment for learning.
