Flexible seating allows students to choose where to sit so they can stay focused while learning. Currently, my students sit on chairs at tables or on the floor during work time. Giving my students a choice of where to sit when doing their work empowers them. The seating options I have picked for my students will allow them to sit comfortably. It will also allow them to move and focus on their work. They can sit on a cushion while using the stool as a desk. Maybe they are struggling to sit still they can choose a chair ball that will allow them to move while working. This will also strengthen their core.
