I will allow students to have hands-on manipulatives to navigate our way to higher and better test scores, by giving them the tools they will need to be their best. We will use the Unifix cubes for adding and subtracting, counting on and comparing two numbers. We will use the chart paper to record our answers, make class lists and write and solve math problems, including word problems. The phonics puzzle will help students reinforce the phonics skills already taught and help with spelling and reading. We will also use the chart paper to write stories and practice spelling daily.
