I want to make my classroom a beautiful place. As a first-year teacher, there are many materials that I do not have in my classroom. Things such as a printer so that I can easily print things off, such as students writing. Students always want a hard copy of their writing in class. This would be so convenient. A big focus of mine in the classroom is reading. Having a reading nook is so important to me. I need reading chairs that make the space comfy and inviting the students. As part of making the room inviting means color. I need color for my walls. The butterfly set I requested is to help make my walls more colorful. I want the classroom to be colorful to avoid blank, white walls. The large colorful carpet is also requested to give my classroom a more colorful and fun feel. Books are so important to a 4th grade class. I would love to have more books. Books that are new and relevant to 4th graders. We love to read in this class. Games are such an important part of learning. I want my students to have lots of spelling games so that I can create game centers. I want to create fun ways to learn spelling in my classroom. Overall I just want to creating a classroom where students feel safe and happy.
