My classroom is made of 10 students with moderate and severe disabilities who thrive when being provided with options. I am a first year teacher who has been using the resources and furniture that was left by the teacher whom was here before me. I have a mixed set of wooden chairs, two rolling stools, and two small plastic/metal chairs. Students with special needs thrive with flexible seating! My students would like to have the chance to have the flexible seating stools that wobble. This will allow my students who process stimulation from the environment without disturbing the learning process!
