We need a rug that is large enough to accommodate all of our students at the same time. Whether working with partners or listening to a story, my students need a place to sit together on the floor while learning. One of the challenges of kindergarten is learning how to simply "do school". This new rug is divided into sections and will allow them to find their own space while concentrating on the lesson or activity. Our current rugs are just too small. We are trying to push two rugs together, but they are constantly moving and some of the kids end up on the cold floor. This new rug is the perfect size and design for us. It allows all of us to comfortably sit together. Thank you so much for taking the time and considering our project.
