The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! We have limited headsets so during their computer time many students have a hard time following along with our online math program due to a lack of headsets. A class set of headsets would ensure that all students can actively learn on the computers. In 5th grade, we work with big numbers, learning how to add, subtract, multiply and divide. They work so hard and feel so important checking their work using a tool like a calculator. Right now we have a handful & having a class set will help all students with checking their work. Pencils, pencils & pencils! As a math teacher, I can never have enough sharpened pencils. If we have an endless supply of pencils & a heavy duty sharpener in the classroom all students will be ready for class!
