I selected this rug because it allows my students choice in where they sit on the carpet without limiting their personal space. In kindergarten, we are still working on boundaries with other people and respecting those boundaries by keeping our own personal space. This rug helps us to do that by dividing the rug into equal spaces. When we are comfortable in our space, we become better learners. These spaces will not only make it simpler for my students to identify their own personal space, but is inviting with its bright colors and extra space - it will fit all of us comfortably!

About my class
