The donations of the lab specimens will give my students the fortitude to become active and engaged learners. The fetal pig donations would be used continuously throughout the year as the students learn and explore the different structures and functions of the organ systems in the body. It will give the students the opportunity to also practice the skill of dissecting, especially those students who are interested in pursuing a career in the surgical field. Along with the fetal pig, the additional requested lab supplies such as blood typing kits, will captivate and enthrall the students, therefore, increase motivation and participation of all students.

About my class
