I am teaching in a kindergarten monolingual class in a high-need, low income community. My population consists of 25 children and many are English Language Learners. This is my 12th year teaching. My students have multiple learning styles and are at different stages in their learning. This usually requires more than one activity or practice template per literacy and math lesson.
