When starting the school year, I was met with bright eyed girls and boys longing for a safe place to learn and grow. They were met with a school who lacked a Parent Teacher Organization and virtually no playground equipment to help in their ability to release energy to assist in focusing on learning while in the classroom. Our school has swing set frames to hold more that 50 swings and doesn’t have the first swing belt and chain. Shocked is an understatement! We need something for these children to do during recess and to tell them they are worth it!

About my class
