Like many art programs, the art room runs on a low budget, leaving students with very limited consumable supplies and materials in the classroom. This year, we started without many of the basics, such as paint brushes or paper. However, with the very little the students had to work with, they've already created masterpieces and have impressed the entire school. We are in need of basic drawing paper, paint, an assortment of Sharpies to create faux stained "glass windows", and water color paints, just to name a few materials that will be used by students to create and explore in their art room! We need a variety of basic materials for the classroom, which will allow the students' artistic and creative abilities to shine! This project will help provide the entire art program with essential materials needed to explore various art mediums, ideas, and school wide projects.
