My classroom is in need of a variety of seating options for students. The students in my classroom have a high need for tools that give them the ability to engage with classroom activities and their peer more effectively. These exercise balls and stools will grant them the opportunity to have a seat that assists them in their ability to focus. The exercise balls will be used in the manner that my classroom needs them. If there are specific students who benefit from them all year, they may be able to utilize it all year. A few might also be used to rotate around the classroom for a flexible seating like style. The stools will be used as an option for students when we sit at the rug for activities. Some 5th graders cannot easily sit at the carpet and I could provide the stools as an option.
