Art is a daily activity in preschool. The children love to explore and express themselves in a wide variety of creative ways. I chose a range of art supplies that will provide students with experiences that are new and engaging. These art supplies will allow students to experiment, engage with their world, and express themselves, in a new way. I gathered a list of supplies that I believe will give students a range of experiences. The markers and crayons are classic preschool tools that will be used for hundreds of student ideas and projects throughout the school year. The oil pastels will provide the preschoolers with a unique experience, sparking new ideas about different types of drawing materials. The Gel markers allow students to write on dark paper, opening a whole new world of experimentation, engagement, exploration, and expression. I want to ensure that my students have materials to work with from the beginning of the school year until the end. By gathering a collection of different materials in large quantities, students will have a chance to explore and stay engaged in every season.
