My middle school students need yoga mats for weekly yoga class in PE! We are using Mindfulness Mondays and practicing yoga as a way to help our students process their emotions all the changes in our world and in their homes this year. Yoga helps our students who have struggles with anxiety and mood disorders take relaxing breaks which helps them to reset and be more successful throughout the day. Yoga also increases muscular strength and flexibility for all students. Finally, yoga equips with skills they can use throughout their lifespan.

About my class
