The students at my school are fortunate enough to have an indoor pool where they get a trimester of swim instruction. Please help me take our schools swim curriculum to the next level. An American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course costs $395 if taking the course outside of school * Having this equipment will allow me to certify our high school students looking to obtain this certification (at no cost to them) which will give them the opportunity to find employment in their community. There are many benefits for our students if they become a certified lifeguard. Some of these include: * Develop Leadership Skills * Improve Communication and People Skills * Work as Part of a Team * Potential Income Opportunities The skills learned from this certification will teach my students how to promote water safety that can potentially save lives during possible drowning incidents. Please help me assist my students to become assets to their community.
